Pro Shippers, Brokers, and Carriers may cancel their monthly memberships at any time by either calling customer service at 330-539-3900 or emailing at customercare@freightbook365.com. We do not offer or pro-rate refunds. We must receive your cancellation request at least 5 business days prior to your
monthly billing renew date. If you wish to cancel and do not notify us within 5 days of your billing date, and your card is charged for a month of membership,
no refund will be given. You will be permitted to use our services for the remainder of that month, and you will no longer be charged after that month’s membership
usage expires. Due to costs involved in user authenticity, and keeping our freight marketplace fraud free, no refunds are given on the first month.
